“I’ve used HMRAH since I’ve moved to the area, and they are by far the best veterinary services I’ve had the pleasure of patronizing. My cat, Mr. Bibs, is almost 12 now, and they have caught every medical issue with him and helped treat him in a timely manner. They are very thorough and very kind with my cat (even though he is, as they put it, the “star of the show” lol). I can tell they genuinely care about pets and love their jobs. They are not just out for your money. I would recommend them to everyone in the area. One thing I particularly like about HMRAH is that they play white noise in the exam rooms. As someone who has an anxious cat, this helps calm him and drowns out the noise from “talkative” dogs in other rooms. Once again, thank you for everything.”

In the 8 years of going there I’ve only seen one unhappy face compared to All the happy ones, and I don’t know his story. Explanations are always given and this is not do as many surgeries as you can practice. Procedures are always discussed with the patients families and options offered when possible. “I’ve been bringing my cat to Dr Melanie since 2019. She’s very caring and friendly -and super nice about the fact that my cat is a ferocious beast to deal with sometimes 😺 They always call a few days after the appointment to check on Rexxar, which I think is awesome. The staff is really nice and the building is clean and full of character. Would definitely recommend!”
